Dr. Christopher Haggard is a native of North Augusta, South Carolina. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Biomedical Engineering and then attended the Medical College of Georgia (now Augusta University) where he graduated dental school and later earned his certificate in Periodontics.
Dr. Haggard is licensed to practice dentistry in both Georgia and South Carolina. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, he has extensive training in dental implants, sedation dentistry, esthetic/cosmetic dentistry, gum grafting, bone grafting, and treatment of periodontal disease. He is a member of many professional organizations including the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, the Southern Academy of Periodontology, and the South Carolina Dental Association.
Dr. Haggard and his wife, Jill, live in the Upstate with their two children. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing golf, watching soccer, and cheering for the Gamecocks.
